The groundbreaking ceremony of Xinyue Technology Industrial Park in Qianku Town was held here

It is understood that in order to accelerate industrial upgrading and agglomeration, Qianku Town has carefully planned a "Thousand Mu, Hundred Billion" industrial platform covering an area of 1,176 mu. The platform is located along Longjin Avenue and Qianku Avenue, with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. There are three major parks in the platform, namely Xinyue Technology Industrial Park, Wanyang Zongchuang City Technology Industrial Park and Fucang Technology Park. The built-up land area is 445 mu, the under-construction land area is 348 mu and the planned land area is 383 mu. Currently, more than 100 large, medium and small enterprises have gathered here. After completion, it is expected to achieve an industrial output value of over 10 billion yuan, a tax revenue of over 300 million yuan and employment of over 10,000 people.

As an important component of the "Thousand Mu, Hundred Billion Yuan" industrial platform, the Xinyue Technology Industrial Park project has attracted five enterprises with an annual investment of over 100 million yuan, namely Wenzhou Yingke 'er Ink Co., LTD., Zhejiang Lianyi New Materials Technology Co., LTD., Zhejiang Dinghui Packaging Technology Co., LTD., Wenzhou Oufei Handicrafts Co., LTD., and Wenzhou Lansheng New Materials Technology Co., LTD., to settle in. The project is expected to have a total investment of 600 million yuan and a total land area of 128 mu. The project is expected to be officially put into production in June 2026. After its operation, the annual tax revenue will reach 40 million yuan and the annual output value will exceed 1 billion yuan.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Xiang Yanzan, the general manager of Wenzhou Yingke 'er Ink Co., LTD., said that as the company has developed, it is facing the problem of tight land use. "We are very grateful to the People's Government of Cangnan County for its support in solving our land use problem and enabling us to smoothly move into Xinyue Technology Industrial Park."

Zhejiang Lianyi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is also an enterprise that has settled in the industrial park. When talking about the new project, Chairman Lin Shengyi was full of anticipation: "After the new project is completed, we will adopt more advanced technical means for product production to enhance our market competitiveness."

It is understood that the other two major industrial park projects of the Qianku Town's thousand-mu hundred-billion-yuan industrial platform have both been topped out. Among them, the Fusang Science and Technology Park has completed the main structure of its factory buildings and is currently undergoing the construction of ancillary projects. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in April 2025. The Wanyang Zongchuang City Technology Industrial Park is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in June 2025. With the successive completion and commissioning of these projects, the upgrading of industries will be effectively promoted, and the economic development of Qianku Town will reach a new milestone.

The construction project of an intelligent production line for 10,000 tons of water-based plastic ink per year covers an area of 23.11 mu and has a construction area of 31,337.54 square meters. After commissioning, the annual output value will reach 300 million yuan and the tax revenue will be no less than 8.1 million yuan.

Project of Zhejiang Lianyi New Materials Technology Co., LTD

The construction project of a production line with an annual output of 14,000 tons of POF and 2,800 tons of high-barrier film covers an area of 13.67 mu and has a construction area of 30,000.88 square meters. After commissioning, the annual output value will reach 170 million yuan and the tax revenue will be no less than 4.8 million yuan.

Project of Zhejiang Dinghui Packaging Technology Co., LTD

The intelligent production line project for 30,000 tons of green and high-end food packaging materials per year covers an area of 12.31 mu, with a construction area of 24,379.68 square meters. After commissioning, the annual output value will reach 170 million yuan, and the tax revenue will be no less than 4.3 million yuan.

Wenzhou Oufei Handicrafts Co., LTD

The automatic production line project for 400 million disposable environmental-friendly recyclable packaging bags per year covers an area of 12.8 mu and has a construction area of 24,620 square meters. After going into operation, the annual output value will reach 210 million yuan and the tax revenue will be no less than 4.5 million yuan.

Wenzhou Lansheng New Materials Technology Co., LTD

The construction project of a 30,000-ton annual production line for environmentally friendly and degradable laminated paper and disposable paper containers covers an area of 11 mu, with a construction area of 23,870 square meters. After commissioning, the annual output value will reach 170 million yuan, and the tax revenue will not be less than 3.9 million yuan.
